Cancellation Policy

At Flaminggamingllc we maintain a STRICT No-refund policy. NO payments are non-refundable. We understand that weather may interfere with gaming party plans. In the event of weather-related cancellation, clients will receive a one (1) time raincheck that is valid for up to 2 weeks from the original event date. This courtesy rescedul must be requested within 48 hours of the original event date. Deposit: 50% due at booking (online) secures your booking. Remainder: Must be paid in person on the event day, before the start of the event. Please note: Cancellations for any other reason are NOT eligible for a refund or reschedule.
